What is a Snood Scarf?
A snood scarf is basically a scarf in the shape of a circle, with no ends, as opposed to a regular scarf which has two ends. The advantage of this is that you no longer have to worry about your scarf unwinding or choking you. Also, you will look really cool… and that’s what’s most important right.
Snood scarves are also known as circle scarfs (I’m sure you can figure out why) and infinity scarves (I’m not sure why that it but I’m guess it’s because when they are arranged in a figure 8, they look kind of like an infinity symbol.)

The snood scarf is not to be confused with the hair snood, though those are also in fashion!
Snood scarves come in a wide range of knits, fabrics and textures. They can be warm and practical, like these cute little numbers.

How to Wear a Snood Scarf
It’s easy, actually. Much easier than an old-fashioned regular scarf.
Just slip it over your head, twist once and then double it back over your head one more time. Once it’s on, play with way that it sits. The top layer can be tighter around your neck for extra coverage and warmth, while the second layer hangs long. Or you can wear them both long for an casual, trendy look.
That’s the classic way to wear a snood scarf, but you can also get creative.
